Abstract

The principles on the Administrative and Legal Procedures of the Judicial Courts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has 278 articles, which is all about the administrative and judicial relevant issues, it has five chapters, the first chapter contains 53 article and it’s about the procedure for appeal. In this study the first 10 articles are analysed. This study is much crucial today because it’s a new regulation and needs to be discussed in order to elaborate its positives and weaknesses. The aim of this study is to let people know the first 10 articles of administrative and judicial regulations and get them obey the rules. This research is conducted library based, first the article text is mentioned, later on the objectives, explanation and implementation of the article is discussed, meanwhile at the end of each article I have my own comment as well where I have tried my best to have my comment via Afghanistan laws. Finally, I would better say that Afghanistan Islamic Emirate has taken the power from 2021 and had abolished all the laws and regulations constituted by Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the first 10 articles are all about the procedure for appealing and courts classifications are as well mentioned.
