Organization Chart


TIIR will operate as an autonomous entity under the governance of Tabish University with the following structure:

● Board of Trustees (Founder and University Governance Body): Approves strategic decisions, budget, and appoints the Institute Director.

● University President: Oversees academic, research, and international engagement aspects of TIIR.

● Institute Director: Responsible for managing all operations and reporting to university leadership.

● Advisory Board: A group of seven senior academics and experts providing strategic and academic guidance.

● Executive Committee: Composed of department heads and chaired by the Director; oversees operational decisions.


Core Departments:

1. Publications Department: Manages national and international peer-reviewed journals.

2. Research Centers Department: Hosts thematic centers focused on political, economic, Islamic, and health sciences.

3. Policy and Innovation Department: Develops research-based policy recommendations for public and private sectors.

4. Training and Capacity Building Department: Conducts workshops, short courses, and research training.

5. Conferences and Events Department: Organizes academic conferences and public forums.

6. Grants and Partnerships Department: Leads efforts in securing research funding and external collaboration.

 Infrastructure and Resources:

 TIIR will operate using the existing infrastructure of Tabish University and additional resources to include:

● Dedicated research offices and conference halls

● Meeting rooms and digital resource centers

● Data entry and analysis units

● Physical and digital libraries

● Fully equipped computer laboratories

● Smart institutional website with interactive features for research dissemination
